Price Change
I sent an e-mail to customer service re: price change 2 days ago, but have not seen a reply. Price changed on Order number: 139*******, Item number: 465927 and Order number: 139*******, Item number: 465900. Price changed within a week of my order. Can you let me know the status re: credit to my card? Thank you!

, I’m sorry to see you didn’t get a reply to your email. I issued a refund of $10 for item 465927 and $5.46 for item 465900 back to the original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 days for your bank to reflect these funds.

This response is wrong on so many points it is just laughable. The most important is that the original was NEVER on SALE. I am not going to waste my time explaining what YOU don’t know. To add insult to injury HSN shipped ANOTHER scan and cut this morning!!, I NEVER requested a replacement. I already have 3 of the scan and cuts I don’t want! I have been shopping for a very long time in stores and on line. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I am sure it took you some time to come up with this response. You are trying so hard to be RIGHT about this. YOU ARE NOT.
