Kemi, I’m sorry. I really was hoping that one of the coupons would have worked. I will try them again since most do not expire for awhile. Thank you for thinking of us. I know the tons of work involved to obtain the correct number and then to write out the info making sure that you give us everything we need to use it against whatever. And, if they still do not work, will definitely contact customer service. Just hate to call when so many others have bigger problems than this when it comes to gifting and receiving their orders in a timely manner as well as in one piece.

No worries! I’m just not feeling well and am overly sensitive right now. It upsets me that HSN doesn’t make these codes easy to use, bc I want everyone to be able to use them. I used all of these w the exception of the new customer ones, but I had to get help from CS. I was told by a very sincere, professional HSN agent that we are always welcome to ask for assistance w codes, so that’s what I do if I run into any errors. I can’t afford to shop wo coupons, and I believe if anyone else is in the same position, they shouldn’t feel guilty about asking. :heart:
