Price adjustment

Hi,

On jan 15th I purchased two of item 490-700 for each 19.95. Today price reduced to each 9.95.

I’d like a refund on both items with original pay method CC.

There hasn’t been a sewing show since last year. Darleen Cahill left, so maybe they are trying to find a replacement. Really miss Darlene and the sewing shows. Maybe someone from HSN can tell us when they will have another hour show.

You’re welcome, and I’m sorry u had trouble. I know it’s frustrating! I was told by a very sincere, professional HSN CS agent that we are always welcome to ask for assistance w codes, so that’s what I do if I run into any errors.
