Please help.
I have been on the phone for 25 min just trying to get info on how to return a damaged product an I’m still waiting. All I needed was to know how to return an get another one. My time is just as valuable as yours very irritating

After 35 mins on the phone to see how to return a damaged product an get another one now they tell me it will take up to 12-14 days for a return address label then who know how long it will be before I get the replacement product. Maybe if I’m good I might get it by Christmas 2017. I know now why I don’t an never will do business with HSN
