Please help me try to fix this
I purchased Colleen’s Prestige Floral Embossed Everything Jewelry Box in Sage awhile ago. I placed a Heidi Daus Classic Kiss Necklace in the right drawer. The drawer is stuck, I can’t open it and my husband wasn’t able to either.
Is there some way to get in touch with the Prestige Vendor and Colleen Lopez to find out what resolve I have?
I don’t want to destroy the box or the necklace. I am willing to send them the box and maybe someone can open it and get the necklace out for me. Thank you in advance.

, I’m sorry but there is no contact information for Prestige. I’m also sorry because we don’t offer any type of service like that. You might have to break the box to get the necklace out. I’m very sorry this happened. There has to be a way to save the necklace and the box.
