Placed order STILL in PROCESSING

Can someone please tell me why HALF of my order still says processing while the other item is in packaging? I would love to have my new laptop as my other one quit and I figured I would have my new one within the 3-7 days however its been 4 already…

That is exactly what I am ordering but as a gift I just want to see if the shipping is pretty fast but from the looks of it they actually use up to the last day so probably on that 7th day you will receive it????

The money was took out my account and then today was replaced back is there a reason why?
