Perlier Banana Cream still in packaging
2nd time I am contacting HSN, I was suppose to have received the item on 11/16/16, still have not received it and status is packaging ???

Due to the late delivery, I’ve issued a full refund for your shipping charges on the order. The refund will post back to your original method of payment within the next 3 business days.
