Seven days ago I placed an order and it is still in packaging. Can you please let me know what the delay is and when I will be receiving it? Thank you.

Sorry for the concern with this! I don’t see any orders not shipped on your account. What was the item?

Order Number: ************. At the time I wrote this it had not been shipped. It looks like it was shipped late last night or early this morning. It’s frustrating that an item takes seven days before it leaves the company.
