Order has been in packaging for over 2 weeks
I ordered 2 items on 11/23 and the delivery date for both items is 12/5 but both of them are still in packaging. I’ve live chatted and email customer service and both times, the representatives said they didn’t have any information for me. Both of these items are Christmas gifts, one of which I’m bringing to the person on Christmas Eve so I don’t know what to do!

, does extended delivery of 12/20 mean my items will be delivered on that date or shipped out on that date? When I log into my account it still says the estimated delivery is 12/5. Is there really no one at all who knows what’s going on with my orders? I really need them before Christmas Eve and I ordered them before thanksgiving…

, I checked both orders and they have Extended delivery of 12/20/16. I don’t have details to explain the delay. If you wish to cancel, I can process that and your card will refund within 3 business days.

You’re right, Ronnie. That is one reason I stopped microwaving foods with a tomato sauce in plastic containers. Tomato sauce is Strong. :womanlol: … I seldom microwave in any plastic though. The Hefty seems to be a high grade or density of plastic. Higher abd stronger. I have a feeling that it would be better at stain resistance.
