Order cancelled & Customer service is of no help!!
I wrote a little while ago & my post was deleted so I’ll try again!!!
I ordered a tablet on flexpay on line.After receiving a confirmation I got a cancellation.I called c.s.they re placed the order for me & it was cancelled again!! I’m a long time HSN credit card customer.I always pay my bills & have a credit score of over 800.I was transferred by c.s to a supervisor who was very rude & not at all helpful.He advised me to call the credit dept in the morning.If you can cancel customer orders you should be available to explain to them why & correct the problem!!
I really wanted this tablet & it is unfair to treat a customer this way!! Please help!!!!!!!

, I didn’t see your other post and I’m very sorry that we weren’t able to process your order. I know such a disappointment comes unexpectedly. Unfortunately, our representatives and supervisors do not have access to the Credit Dept’s decision for FlexPay eligibility so we aren’t able to provide you with those details. They can be contacted at 800-879-2559 Monday – Friday from 8 am-4:30 pm ET.

If they can cancel a customer’s order on Sunday then someone from the credit dept. should be available!! This is unacceptable customer service!! I’m very insulted & disappointed!!
