Not sure what there problem is at Monroe, NJ. I ORDERED my ipad mini over the weekend, on tuesday it said Ready For UPS. As of this weekend, it has not been picked up. I am so disappointed with HSN. I emailed them 2 times and said it is still being processed. Of course cause it has not been picked up. They sent me a tracking number on tuesday, and it said Waitng for UPS Pickup. I cannot understand there process.
All my other orders were quick and easy, even when i order items for my father and brother to there house.
And here is the funny thing. I live in Ocean Twp, about 45 minutes from Monroe. I cannot uderstand. Glad i took my meds today.
