New very disappointed customer

I ordered an item on flex pay with my own credit card I got a pop up saying I was approved for an hsn card I used the discounts provided and got an amazing deal for a Cricut. The order was cancelled I called in and they said redo it but I could use my 15% off because it was already used, that order got canceled as well. I call back and they say they don’t know the problem and transfer me to commenity bank it’s a credit card issue they say everything is fine redo it. so I try a few more orders and they all canceled but one. I was extremely excited to get the new Cricut, I get a notice that it’s on Back order. It should be here the 23rd. I was so excited, well I got a notice that the Cricut order was canceled due to the card being declined. I call in because this is a new card and hasn’t been used they told me the funds are being held for all the canceled orders and funds would be released on the 2nd. I went to order my product again and it’s sold out. Today I received numerous letters saying I didn’t qualify for flex pay and had someone told me that over the phone when I kept calling my order would be being shipped right now. I used my personal credit card on finishing up Christmas since I was able to get this on my HSN card. After speaking with customer service and finding out there is nothing I can do and I will not be getting the Cricut explore 2 I am extremely frustrated and sad that I even tried using hsn. She did assure me my other orders will be delivered this week and I had to laugh it is viynl and accessories for the Cricut they are pointless now!
