New customer very upset!
I ordered a Irobot 960 with a sale price of $599.00. After a few days I received an email from HSN saying my order was canceled due to a new system not shipping my order within a certain time frame. There was only four days in betweeen my order and this email saying it was canceled. I did research and found the price of these units has been raised back to 699.00. This item is still for sale on HSN and my order was canceled? Very bad way to treat a first time customer. I will not be a repeat customer if this order is not fixed.

Agree that was very frustrating not to get a good close-up of the pins . Today was better when they actually held the pin in their hand and got a close-up. I also just love the silver jacket Heidi wore first night. I have a hat very similar to the one she was putting the pins on and that gave me such a good idea to do that with my black hat! She is just the sweetest thing And so enthusiastic about her jewelry .I really lenjoyed Heidi and Shiva together.
