Never received Order, come to find out order has been CANCELLED 3weeks ago!
I ordered the Cricut Explore Air 2 (Gold) Nov. 2nd and did the online chat to follow up on the order several times and each time I was told it was coming & would get an email update. I patiently waited. Did an online chat on Dec.20 almost 2 months later come to find out.. My order had been cancelled. Very upsetting, I had passed on several good deal on this product especially on black Friday all because I was told my order would be shipping shortly. Now I am told my order has been cancelled altogether. but the status on my order still states it is in packaging – still not notifying me it has been cancelled. I had planned to use this to make the bday decorations for my son’s 1st birthday. but I guess I wont have the chance to do that.
This is my 1st time ordering through HSN & will not be recommending to anyone. :smileymad::smileymad::smileymad:

Ok, Thank you for all your help! I’ve had a lot better experience than I did yesterday. I was very upset and the person I spoke to on the Online Chat was not very helpful & couldn’t offer any other options since he stated my order had been cancelled all together. He had even stated he turned my case to a supervisor and still didn’t bother to help me out but only apologize for the inconvenience.

I am very sorry for the disappointment caused by this order cancellation. We make every effort to ship all orders, but this was an unfortunate case and it had to be canceled. We do still have limited stock of a Cricut available in a different bundle/machine colors if you would like that. We would be happy to cover the price of express shipping for you, although we can not guarantee delivery before Christmas. If you’d like help with this, please let me know.

I JUST FOUND OUT THAT THERE IS NO LIMIT ON PRICE ADJUSTMENTS AS LONG AS IT’S WITHIN 30 DAYS. I AM SO VERY SORRY FOR THE MISINFORMATION. AN HSN CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT MISINFORMED ME.

if ya buy an item on HSN and the price goes lower on that item in 30 days or less HSN will refund the difference in the price you paid and the current price . The difference can be put back on the form of payment -credit card or posted to your account as funds you can you can use on future purchases

I mentioned on this thread yesterday how much I loved the price guaranteee HSN offers . I always have mine given as Spendable Kash though cuz I know I am going to spend it .
I did not post the formal rules though.
At least folks folks are talking about this wonderful perk HSN offers .

? Hi Caitlin! Welcome to the HSN Community! U asked about the Price Guarantee. HSN offers a price adjustment if they lower the price of your item and you contact them within 30 days of the order date. They only allow one price adjustment per item. U can request that the money be refunded to your original method of payment or SK. I never accept SK, bc of expiration and return issues. Mark all of your purchases as Favorites (red heart), and check your Alerts under My Account daily. This will let u know when a Favorite drops in price. HSN’s Price Guarantee is a wonderful service!
