Never got a confirmation email
I ordered a printer and I see the order in my order status, but I never got the email. I checked out as guest but made an account. I enever got the confirmation email and I need one please.

Hi , I checked your order and unfortunately, your email address is not attached to it since it’s a guest account, and email confirmations cannot be sent. Your printer has not shipped yet, but we will be happy to update you whenever you contact us, either here or by calling 800-933-2887 (8 am – 1 am, EST).

It’s blue with open shoulders as ND I think a darker blue embroidery on bottom half. It’s so cute!
