name for two sets of dies is reversed

I’m not sure who can fix this Monday at 9pm pacific time – for the big 24 hour craft day but item 522-316 is described as the happy birthday set. However, 522-322 has a picture of what looks like a birthday set. So I’m not sure what to order – go by the picture or the description?

I did not have to wait as long as expected for mine to ship. I’d have been fine waiting as I knew it was extended delivery when I ordered & it was not an urgent need. I’m very happy with this collection. It was my first Too Faced purchase.

I ordered it with extended delivery and I got it last week. No problem at all.

Agree wholeheartedly! Smart choice nowadays…don’t order anything listed as “extended delivery” from HSN. Between hosts selling these items on air and saying they are immediately available (even when they aren’t), the on-going packaging and warehouse delays (dating back MONTHS), and the shipping issues, it isn’t worth the stress and hassle. I haven’t had these issues with the other online/televison vendors. You’ll see these kinds of complaints written all over the boards…no one really seems to care though…

I did not get the TS for that reason. The colors are similar to the Chocolate Bar and I can get the mascara( best ever) @Ulta.

I saw the extended delivery yesterday and in light of the current shipping problems I wonder if we would even receive it by Christmas. The 2 chocolate chip palettes are being released on the 25th.

I wondered the same thing, Sophia247. However, my Too Faced Grande Hotel Cafe Collection (509-780) that I ordered on October 12th was on delayed delivery when I ordered it as well and actually took even longer to ship than was originally stated. (Totally worth the wait, though – LOVE IT!) It shipped out of CA – direct from vendor? So maybe the TS ship date is just as soon as Too Faced is able to fulfill them?
