Keith Urban Black Label Guitar
Last year I wanted the left hand Keith Urban guitar but saw too late and HSN only had right hand. This year I was excited because I was able to get in and order the Left hand acoustic/electric rawgrain. My delivery came yesterday. I opened it up and discovered I was sent a RIGHT HAND ELECTRIC guitar. I called customer service and was told they do not have any more left hand and they apologized. So so disappointed. My order clearly stated what I ordered but to receive a completely different guitar because someone did not pay attention to detail is such a let down. I assume then I have someone’s order and they have mine. This has taught me to always ordered two of something I really want to make sure that I get the right product. I know mistakes happen in a busy season. Perhaps you can put me first on the list of the next available Keith Urban left hand acoustic/electric guitar. 🙁

, I’m so sorry to hear that you were shipped the wrong guitar and that none of the left handed ones are left to replace it with! I’ve checked to see if we could locate any additional left handed ones and unfortunately we are completely out of stock. For the inconvenience, I’ve placed a store credit, Spendable Ka$h, on your account in the amount of $20.00 that you’ll be able to use towards a future purchase. I’ve also waived the cost of the EZ Return Label for the incorrect guitar that you were sent so the item will be free to return. Once we receive it back, we’ll gladly issue a full refund to your original method of payment.

I received this mop Jan 12. This mop was heavy coming out of the box. When it was wet, it was even heavier. I used it the first day, hung it out to finsh drying in the garage and today (Jan 14) it still was wet (sounds like the start of a mildew problem).
Compared to a sponge mop, half the price at the supermarket, it isn’t an improvement. What was Joy using to mop her floors when she "invented" this concept, a full size janitor mop?
Sorry, this is just excellent marketing, nothing to do with improving mopping floors.

For ease of locking and unlocking I grab the colored parts with one hand and the lock with the other and turn only the lock until it unlocks/locks it is really only one click…

If you let the bottom part fall all the way down it will not scratch your floor. It actually will fit into the mop bottom and make a little sound when it is in place. Then my suggestion is to lock that bottom lock when mopping. I only unlock everything when I am ready to wring it out.
