Just when you think HSN’s shipping can’t get any worse….

I ordered a ring on Jan 8th. On the 9th it was shipped. Wow!, I thought. THAT never happened before. Could it be HSN is finally pulling it together in terms of shipping? Why, NO!!! According to the tracking screen, that ring has been about 5 miles from my house for the past 5 days. If the tracking notes weren’t so infuriating, they would be hilarious. A few days of “Destination Scan” – all in the same town, mind you. Then the notes say that UPS will “be in my area and will deliver my surepost package instead of the post office.” That was days ago. No package. Then the the notes say “out for delivery”. Not received. A few more days of destination scan and as of today the notes say “package is being held for a future delivery date and will be rescheduled.” Are you kidding me????? When I called UPS, they tell me it’s the shipper that is making these changes. So, thank you, HSN, for another FABULOUS shipping experience. Who knows if or when I will ever receive this item but I can see it now. It will be sent back to you due this fiasco and i will be REALLY upset since this item is sold out. And please don’t try blaming UPS. I don’t have any issues with them on any deliveries and, guess what? Shipping with HSN is ALWAYS an issue so experience has me believing their story.

I’m sorry to see the frustration regarding the shipping of your order, . I looked into this and it looks like it is still scheduled to be delivered by the expectant delivery date. If it’s not received by this date, please reach out to us so we can look into it further.
