Just saying a little disappointed in the return process. Usually with returns you offer 2 option US Mail or UPS. I returned 2 items at the same time by US mail because UPS was not given to me as an option with ez return. And post office never scanned one of my items…….So it has fallen in a big black hole not to be found…….The outcome NOT due to HSN or myself is……WE BOTH LOOSE……I paid out my current balance and won’t be shopping again with you……The last person I spoke to was a James he had no solution or not even offered sometype of Credit Bonus or incenative for me to stay with you………….So it is with MUCH SADNESS I say goodbye HSN>>>>>>>>

I’m actually pretty satisfied with the item, but i wish they would package it better. Despite the padded envelope the mail person managed to cram it in my mailbox and the magazine was pretty badly dented up.

I too was expecting the birthday die, I am extremely disappointed in crafters companion, I am considering sending this back it is not what was advertised on HSN. I hope HSN can correct this issue very soon. I have tried several times today to connect the site. crafters companion said I would be able to download digi stamps, nothing. HElP HSN

I too recieved my May Auto-Ship…It is not at all what was promised from the aring on television. I am so disappointed I was looking forward to the Happy Birthday edgible Die. And the stamp collection is not correct nor the embossing folder. Tiny hex dies and chicken wire embossing folder.

I actually ended up cancelling my auto ship because when I finally got around to trying to get all the printables that I got with the first one, I realized you cant get them with a mac. Sure wish they made that clear during the presentation ;/
