Totally agree. Shame on HSN. What happened to free enterprise? Trumo had done nothing, absolutely nothing to the citizens of this country. This hate group dies not represent the majority. Your company started and expanded because of our business practices in this country. Let’s hope QVC doesn’t cave in ad HSN had done.

mooncat… One should always spice things-up according to what they like. Cardamom would be a great Spice to try… I use it in the Thai Tea I make along with Clove, Star Anise, and Vanilla. Well, that’s how Recipes are created, eh? Trying this, tweaking that.

As to Eggnog… if you can call using 1/4-Cup of Brandy ‘spiking’ a Gallon of Eggnog then, yeah, I do, *lol*. The old Recipes call for Cups and Cups of Liquor. I only use a very little to dispel the ‘egginess’ of the yolks.

I will say this… there is nothing that comes even remotely close to homemade Eggnog… and, it’s so easy to make… I really don’t know why people buy that horrible liquid from the store! *lol*
