Item Hasn’t Shipped – Past EDD

, I’m sorry to hear that your order hasn’t been shipped as of yet.  Unfortunately we’ve had some delays in one of our warehouses which has caused some orders to not be shipped out on time.  It seems that your order is coming from this warehouse which is why we haven’t seen it ship yet.  We’re working diligently to get all these orders out the door and should have your order on the way soon.  As soon as it ships, we’ll notify you via email with your tracking information.
