Issues buying Galaxy s7

I’ve been trying to purchase 2 Galaxy S7 phones online but no success. Have had contact with 11 different customer support staffers (email and telephone), including 3 supervisors and 1 IT. Since Jan. 8 still no progress. I’ve been told the issue was with Sprint server and that HSN was woking to resolve the problem. An HSN IT guy called to tell me the issue was resolved, but now it is a different issue. I was told by a Customer Service Supervisor on Jan 8th to call Sprint and activate 2 new lines, then use the “Update” link on HSN to complete the purchase. Did it, now I can’t update to buy the S7’s on HSN, error message “Not eligible for update.” So now I’m stuck with Sprint service and two low end phones. The problem keeps going around and around with no resolution. I called the HSN Executive Team and had to leave a voice message (1/26/2017 10:39 am MTZ). VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!

, I can see your frustration and also responded to your Facebook post on this subject. The Executive Team will respond to your message within 24 hours and will look into what options are available to help.

LOL It is fun to play with our “kitchen toys” isn’t it. Sometimes I feel like a mad scientist thinking of recipies to make in my pc and other appliances.

Only been using it a couple days. I also had to find room for it!

So far love it! I’ve made Raspberry Mojito cupcakes, popovers, broiled pollock (just spread Italisn dressing on both sides), and patty melts (the burgers cooked in onion soup).

Tomorrow going to stuff some baby/Indian eggplant!

And I understand about paying down the bill. I had to do that also!

Yes, I have to agree with you Trekky. Before I got my PC I did not really think I would use it that much. That was then, this is now and I don’t know how I would get by without it.

I have been intrigued with the pressure oven, but with the space limitations in my small kitchen I am hesitant to get even the smaller one. And of course I need to pay down the acount some too. Let us know how you like the pressure oven and what you have made in it.
