Is This A New Strategy for 2017… LIKE!
Hi Everyone,
Just received a telephone confirmation from HSN on one of Anna Griffin’s backordered items. This telephone call is a first (usually get an email confirmation) and was a little surprised, but happy. Is this something new? I’ve been shopping with HSN since the mid 1980’s and as I said before never been called for a confirmation.
LUV, LUV!!!

BassetBabe,
You are right! I am a tall man. No plastic or wire hangers in my closet for years. Love the dog photo, I have a faithful one of my own. No kids but I have my hound.:manvery-happy: He is happy now that I am retired after 33yrs working hard. You will be seeing more of me as I learn my way around here.

I had rec’d one call from the October debacle.. lol… and had more than 1 item held up.. however this time (Jan 10th Craft day) I rec’d a call for each of my items.
Kudos to HSN for doing this, it’s a nice way to inform their customers the order is in progress, not forgotten…. but thankfully each rep I spoke to during the ordering process had told me it would be delayed shipping, so I’ve known from the start.

I received a call too! First time ever, and it was on an AG item as well. I also knew when ordering that it would be delayed given the “extended delivery” date it had.
What I find odd now, if the item was on extended delivery on Craft Day, and subsequentky now pushed out to 2/9 (shortly after ordering), Why is it that folks are writing reviews about the item?
How can there be reviews if it was extended delivery?
Even odder, right now the item is for sale again on the Website, with no restrictions on delivery. So folks ordering it this week, will get theirs before I ever get the one I ordered Jan 10th?
What’s up with that?
