Incorrect Order by representative
I placed an order for a pearl earring and necklace set. The necklace was a multicolor pearl necklace. I even repeated it back to the representative before we hung up. I get my confirmation and my order says the black pearl necklace. I called HSN and all I was told is I’m sorry the multi colored necklace is sold out. Well thanks a lot! No offer to make it up to you by offering a discount or anything. Just “do you want to cancel your order”? What GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Someone stupid enters my order wrong and there’s no offer of compensation? What jerks. I hope the word spreads quickly about HSN. Won’t be shopping there again and I’ll tell everyone I know how stupid their representatives are and how crummy their service is.
