Incorrect Charges.
I just tried to place an order and my card was declined. I checked my bank statement and the two orders I placed today are listed incorrectly. Item #503849 was $25.61 and the charge on my statement says $28.82. Item #483045 was $5.68 and my statement says $8.89. I am taking the correct charge from my flexpay manager. This usually happens every month with my flexpays and I just wait a couple days and you fix it. This time it happened in reverse – all my flexpays are accurate but my orders are wrong. Can you fix this? I would like to get the top I was ordering and won’t have more money til Friday. It will sell out by then. Thanks.I

, I checked your orders and found that the pending amounts you see do not reflect the discounts applied to them. This will be adjusted when the charges settle and will change to the expected $5.68 and $25.61. (Kim)
