I am having so much trouble with Tracfone not activating my new LG Ultimate 2 Smartphone.
I just got my 2 phones a couple of days ago and I have literally been on the phone for 2 days trying to get them activated. I am suppose to have 1200 minutes, 1200 texts, and 1200 mb data plus 365 days when my phone is activated. But Tracfone is saying that HSN is suppose to give an Airtime Pin. When I contacted HSN they say the Pin is preinstalled on the phone. I go back to Tracfone and tell them what HSN said and they say that is not true. Tracfone says they can’t do anything until HSN gives me the Airtime Pin. I have been for 2 days back and forth with these people and neither side will help me get my minutes and days. I am so frustrated that I don’t know if I would ever buy something from HSN again. I am getting a runaround for both Tracfone and HSN. I am very close to writing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I have always been reasonably happy with the merchandise I get from HSN but just one time like this can totally erase any good responses I have had in the past. If anyone knows something I could do to get my Airtime Pin I would really appreciate it. This is a nightmare.

To HSN_Sarah : I tried what you said. But it asks for the serial # and phone # for my old phone and of course it’s been deactivated so It won’t do anything for me. I really needed these minutes and days or I wouldn’t have bought this pone. My old phone was working perfectly. But this seemed like a great deal. I know there has to be a solution to this problem. I don’t want to file a complaint to the Better Business Bureau but if I have to I will let them check this out because I have tried and done everything that I was directed to do and still I am being passed around between HSN and Tracfone. I am tired of the runaround. I just want my 1200 min./texts/ data/365 days.

I am going through the same thing. I have called tracfone customer service and they say your phone is activated however I cant make a call nor do I know the phones number. Yes it sounded like a deal when I purchased the phone, however all this time and aggravation wasnt mentioned on air. I would like HSN to reimburse me for the time I have wasted which is worth more than what I pain for this phone .
They should make it easy not a this difficult. Very upset and dissapointed.

I bought the new ZTE flip phone Nov 5thI had unused mins and put them on this new phone so I have 2000 mins on my account. The last 2 days I cant call out or receive calls, it says no service. I just called Tracfone and talked to a person I could bearly understand and she told me it showed it was still in service and to try walking out in the yard to get a signal, its 10 degress outside and why should I walk down the road to get a signal? I was getting 3 bars before. I was calling on my Virgin Mobile phone I had a signal on it. I have a handicapped adult son I need a relible phone. I would return it but I didnt keep the box it came in.

Havent received the paperwork to send the ZTE flip phone back yet. Want to get it sent back to get my refund as it wont connect to TracFone network

Received return postage to send Tracfone flip back, I didnt write the tracking number down to see when it arrives. I see on my history it doesnt show it was returned yet. Is there any way to privite message me the tracking number?
