HSN sent wrong product

I had ordered the taya inner core strong set, on 4 flexpays, was sent Caroles Daughter, sent it back with note saying so but instead of sendin me the right product refund it but really wanted the product and it was on flexpay, now full price.

at least hsn should send a coupon since they messed up sending the wrong product and my flexpays were paid off should have sent me the right product I dont think hsn is fair at distributing coupons to their customers

, unfortunately, we cannot change the FlexPay options once they are set in the system. Try saving as a Favorite so you’ll be alerted when there are changes to the pricing.
