HSN Manager please advise if item comes with an EZ return label and thank you!

Hi HSN Manager,

I am buying a gift for a relative and wish to know if item #505-247 does come with an HSN EZ return label, in case it needs to be returned, if it is defective upon arrival?  

“I just read an HSN Member posted reiview for this item, which stated that the snaps do not stay closed, and that  I would categorize as a Manufacturer’s defect, which is a  bit of a concern”.
