HSN Customer Service Please Help

I ordered Perlier for gifts in November. The order was canceled about eight days later. On Dec. 15 I ordered Perlier again to replace canceled gift order. Your order status showed me on Sunday evening that the three orders were shipped in two separate packages on December 18. I have two tracking numbers, however there has been no tracking activity all week. I need two of the three orders for gifts this weekend. Can you please help to find out if the two boxes are still sitting in the warehouse or if you can find tracking information? And if they are sitting with UPS tracking numbers that your website showed they shipped Sunday night, can you find out why and please please please beg them to ship the packages Thursday Dec. 22?

I do not understand why so many problems with Perlier in November and December. I truly appreciate your help.

Is there any chance you can place the order for me that was canceled by hsn? The order is the only one I placed on December 3 for item 450-156. You can see the total price I paid after tax. Thanks for all your help, it’s reassuring!

No need to worry, your items have shipped out and are on schedule for their original expected delivery dates. We had an issue with some of the tracking numbers being incorrect for Perlier- here are the corrected ones.
