How to change flex pay due date?

Hi , I’ve sent you a Private Message with information about managing your FlexPays. Just look for the envelope icon at the top right of the Community Page.

I just call Customer Service on the phone, tell them I need a Date-Change on one of my Flex-Pays, give them the Item and/or Order Number, and the Date I need. They’ve always done it for me right then and there. AND, it shows-up in my Flex-Pay Manager immediately!

I need to do the same! How did you end up getting this done?
