Hoverboard recall

I had to send the first Hoverzone Air Ride back, because it stop working. I’m now having the same issues with the replacement.They cost to much, to last such a short time. Finding this on my account shouldn’t be a problem, because I’m still paying for it. What steps should I take in getting a refund!!

Hello @Boneseyes, like you, we have seen some press reports that have indicated that a few other hoverboard brands have had issues with their lithium batteries, but we have confirmed that the lithium batteries in the AIR RIDE hoverboards have passed applicable safety testing.
