HELP!! Shipping issue!! Promised by 12/23!!!!

I’m frantic!! I ordered the Today’s Special RCA tablet on Monday!!! The hosts kept guaranteeing that the tablet would be received by 12/23!! That the vendor was promising delivery!! My order history is saying the order is in packaging with standard ground delivery in 7-10 business days!! This is not acceptable!! I called customer service & they said it would be received on time!!! How?? Please help!! This is a Christmas gift!! I must get it on time or I’ll have to spend Xtra $ I can’t afford to buy another gift.In which case I won’t need the tablet anymore!! Can someone please make a phone call or something to see what’s going on so that I can get this tablet on time??? The info in order history has not changed since yesterday & if this order is being shipped standard ground I’ll never get it in 2 days on 12/23 as promised!!

HSN if you make a promise you owe it to the customer to move mountains keep it!!

Texie, I love them so much. I got these due to staying in the hospital (4 times) with family members last year. If I need to go again I will have something comfortable. I must say the DKNY jeans I wore were very comfortable. But I think these will be just a little better. I prefer pockets, but I have a little cross shoulder bag I can use. Hopefully I’m through with the hospital for a while but you never know. I just want to be prepared.

The elastic in the waistband will twist. I tacked it down on both sides and that works.
