Help – my brand new Samantha Brown bag
I LOVED my brand new Samantha Brown set when it arrived. I used it twice but the last time I went to use it I noticed the smaller bag had lost its structural integrity on one side & will no longer stand up straight. It’s frustrating to pack the bag when it won’t stay open. I love my bags but I don’t have the same experience with the luggage now that the bag seems to be structurally compromised. One side of the bag is fine – the other just caves in & will no longer stand up. What do we do? Thanks!

I’d like to see what we can do for you, but just need some more info first. 🙂 Is this part of the set you purchased on 01/29/2017 or was it an earlier purchase?

Happy New Year Sheba – I think w/this purchase I’m up to (12) large and (1) half size one. I have (2) large in the storage unit attached to my apartment. They are like bunnies that just keep reproducing in my life, but I love them soo. Had to get the red last night w/the 2 pack that makes extra shelving, so when I go to the rental unit I rent I can easily identify were the Xmas stuff is and just roll it to my suv and pack it up. Problem is I still need a few more. Hopefully, this spring I’ll really get everything organized the way I want.
Yep, twins, which were 9lbs a piece and I make sure they know how I suffered every chance I get!:womanlol:
