hello, i am a new HSN customer, & i had ordered a new cell phone this past friday & i paid for…

hello, thank you soooo much for replying back to me!! ???? now the thing is, you have said that my new phone was supposed to have arrived YESTERDAY (tuesday, feb. 21st), but it STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED YET & today now marks OVER 4 DAYS since i had ordered my cell phone… & on this website under my “order status”, there is STILL NO TRACKING INFO LISTED WHATSOEVER so i have NO IDEA when or IF my phone will arrive at this point now!! ???? 

now i am NOT trying to be mean, but i am now VERY UPSET about this!! ???? i had paid an EXTRA $33 FOR EXPRESS 2-DAY SHIPPING & I AM STILL WAITING 4 DAYS LATER!!!! i mean, is this the norm for HSN products to take so long even when a person pays for 2-day express shipping??!!

oh & by the way, if my phone is still not here by tomorrow, i will be calling customer service REQUESTING A REFUND of the $33 for the “express shipping” because i feel i really should NOT have to pay ALL THAT MONEY FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING when i have been waiting SEVERAL DAYS for my phone now, i am starting to think it is all a TOTAL RIP-OFF!!!! ????  i am NOT trying to be mean, but ITS THE TRUTH… thank you so much, have a good evening… 

I’m sorry for the concern with this! With express orders, it often ships out so quickly and arrives before we receive any shipping info. It is expected delivery by the end of today (2/21/17), so if it doesn’t arrive then let us know tomorrow and we will be happy to assist further.

I’m a mixture of the two most definitely….I’m friendly and upbeat like Poppy, but I tend to be cautious like Branch. Ofcourse, there has to be a balance between the two personalities or you can end up being way too much to handle…Lol!! My fiance certainly appreciates that, otherwise I would drive him absolutely BANANAS!! I do have my moments though….:womanvery-happy::womanwink:
