Give Leslie a raise for awesome service!!!
I just spoke with Leslie in customer service in regards to a damaged item I received. Well, with all the negative comments I’ve read recently, I knew I should immediately jump on here after this really great call!
Leslie was really nice, friendly, personable and funny … Apologized multiple times for my bottle of whoosh being damaged and set up a replacement for me. Fantastic customer service!!!!! HSN – this ones a keeper so give a little bonus or something!
