Giannios 5 one pound Christmas Tins

I ordered this candy on December 1st because my 90 year old housebound mother needed gifts for her nurses that care for her.  By Dec.15 when they were supposed to arrive, nothing.  I was guaranteed they would be delivered on the 19th. Early on Dec. 19 I get an email stating my order was cancelled.  It seems Giannios couldnt fill the order.  It took them 19 days to figure that out??? HSN and Giannios dropped the ball.  My poor mother is heartbroken and devastated that she has nothing for her caregivers at Christmas. I live an hour and a half from her.The caregivers had their last visit with her today and now not until after  Christmas. Her caregivers will get something from her but not before Christmas.  I put my ultimate trust in HSN.  I’ve been a customer for many years. I understand that on Dec, 12, HSN knew of the problem.  If you had let me know then, I’m sure QVC would have had something out in 3 days, or I could have make the trek and had something for her to give.  And this is the 3rd item that I had problems with this shopping season.  You’ve lost my trust.  I can’t even bring myself to watch your channel on TV.  I’m sending all my stuff back that is not wrapped. QVC, Evine, Liquidation Channel, and Amazon have all delivered. Sure, I was given $5 in Spendable Kash. But, I cannot trust you again.  Giannios did you some harm.  You made my 90 year old mother so sad she cried. .I can’t forgive you for that.
