Frustrated customer
Why is it that I can pull up a product on my order list but can’t review it because it says I never bought the item?
I don’t know what is more frustrating … trying to install the stupid antivirus product that told me twice it didn’t install and the third time it said it was already installed, calling their customer service number and sitting on hold for 30 minutes – never did get to speak to anybody, or logging into HSN to write up a review of the product and being told I can’t review it because I didn’t buy it.
If only this was an isolated incident.
