free shipping on clearance

there is supposed to be free shipping on Clearance items if More that $50.00 is spent in one day. I spent way more today on clearance items and my Shipping (for those items) was not deducted from my total Bill.?? Please Clarify.

, I checked your orders for today and and some of them were not Clearance items. The orders that were, did not total $50.00. If you click on the blue print under “Ways To Save” you will see the following information:
