Flex pay bogus

Just tried to order 2 pairs of beats wireless headphones for my kids for Xmas with flex pay. Entered all my info and submitted…only to find out that you won’t accept my visa debit card but payment was taken off for 1 of the pairs of headphones. So i check order status and nothing showing at all! Trying to make my kids Xmas better and now I’m out money to boot! I want a refund or the product sent to me! Horrible way of doing business. Maybe i should contact the better business Bureau

Is there a certain type of card that we should use for the flex pay option? Like a discover or Amex?

, I’m very sorry we were unable to process your orders. We didn’t charge your card but your bank did authorize funds the first order. As the order didn’t complete this authorization will drop in 3 business days.
