First time ordering
I tried to order the Debbie Meyer sponges, but for whatever reason it won’t accept my order on my kindle. Nothing wrong with my credit/debit card. Do I need to order from a computer?

, sorry to see you’re having trouble placing your order this morning. You should be able to place an order with your Kindle. Are you getting any error messages when you try to place your order? Since you’re ordering from a mobile device, you might want to try placing your order using the HSN app.
