fireplace heaters
good morning ok i bought for gift the flamefireplace heater 11-5-16 it was damaged. i send it back for replace ment. hsn told me the computer messed up and replacement wasnt shipped. so i order another one in its place. the brown was on sell for 149.99 told u not to send the replacement. but when the new one 149.99 was shipped my son received 2, the replacement and also the new one….ok the first one 11-5 i paid 199.99 so i will return it or hsn can adjust the price on my account. then i will keep it for myself.hope all this makes sense. please get back to me thanks terisa

ok ryan i think i got it….i will owe balance on blk heater 105.92 after i get the 54.00 refund….and i will owe on brown heater 112.44 total….right thanks terisa.

ryan dont understand. i had a total of 3 heaters….one was sent back because of damage to it in shippping. then hsn had computer problems so i ordered the brown one. for 5 flex at 149.99 but hsn send the replacement heater at the same time i ordered the brown one. so what is going to happen is the black one that i have will be only 149.99 with 4 flex….but i also get a refund on the old damaged one of 54.00….then the second one i ordered brown was 149.99 with 5 flex at 29.99. so i will owe on the brown becasuse i paid 1 flex when they shippped it. so i owe120.00 on brown….and on the black replacement i owe just149.99 less 1 pymnt. ?????which u say it only gets 4 flex???can u explain it different

ryan my order history says the price of the replacement heater is still the same…..199.99…..will it change when the refund of the very first order comes on my accct. 54.00 credit. right now it says i still owe 159.00? after the first pymt. of approx 50.00 terisa

ryan the brown heater i ordered i got 5 flex on it. at 149.99…..that what my ordered said. ok so do i have to send back the black heater and then order a new one since they are still 149.99 with 5 flex.

ryan i checked my account the heaters s/b 149.99 each with 5 flex pymt of 29.99/ea….it says 4 flex and 49.99 each ////?????thank again terisa

, I think I can help. I just want to make sure I understand. You want to keep both of the fireplace heaters but you want them both for the $149.95 plus tax price. At this time I have issued a refund on of $54.00 back to your original method of payment for the black heater. Please allow 3-5 days for your bank to reflect these funds. Please let me know if this is not what you wanted.
