I am considering exchanging a pair of sandals for a larger size. Is the return shipping free on exchanges? And exactly how do I go about ordering a larger size?

, you can exchange or return any order within 30 days. To exchange, go to your HSN Account and select your Order History order #. Then select Exchange and select your size. If it is available, we will ship the Exchange for no charge and your return s&h is waived. If the size is not available, you can then process Return and use the Easy return label for a refund.
