Email notifications
I received such a quick reply to a question I had, that I thought I would ask another! LOL
I have not received any emails for over a month. I’ve checked my settings, and they’re all good. I checked “save changes” (even thought I didn’t make any) to see if that would reset them. They are not going to my spam folder. I’m just not geting them, and I can’t figure out why. They just suddenly stopped being delivered. This includes notifications of the special value and order confirms.

Delray I agree 100% her sizes are very inconsistent even in the same style. I also have found everytime she "improves" her material it is worse. The last straw for me was the last pair I bought after a few washings and wearings they had wierd lines, like a pull in a sweater all across the jean, unwearable and beyond thirty day return.

I waited longer than you suggested and still had nothing.
So I came back, removed all notifications, signed off, closed the window, reopened the web site, signed back on and reinstated the notifications, and still nothing.
I don’t know what else to do. You have any further ideas on this problem? Thanks!

It’s been over 3 months since I have received email notifications from HSN, about 2 since I first asked for help.
I don’t want to sound snarky, but this seems ridiculous. Either the IT dept is not capable of solving the problem or no one cares. I don’t know which is worse.
I’m a long time customer and this is just unacceptable. Guess they don’t care if they have my business or not. Certainly no one has tried to contact me nor update me on the situation and, to me, that speaks volumes…..loud and clear
Typing this post really upsets me because I am not the type of person to complain nor to be so blunt. But…..it is what it is, I guess.

Another month has gone by. No email notifications; no communication from tech support.
There is no problem with my computer. I get all other notifications from other places. But nothing from here.
I might as well quit expecting anything and just give. up :smileysad:

Just wanted to say thanks to ? and ? for doing the only thing you could to help me with my problem, which was to pass along the problem to whatever dept should be able to fix it.
I’m done. I will no longer expect to get email notificaitons about anything from HSN. I have changed my settings to not receive any emails from HSN.
I just read where someone was thanking HSN for the birthday coupon. Was I supposed to get one too? Did I miss out b/c of this problem? I guess I’ll never know. Oh well.

I have the same issues with the notifications. This has been going on over a year. HSN does not seem concerned with the problem. I gave up months ago trying to get somebody to look into the issue. Very disappointed.

? Update – still nothing.
Is someone really working on this? It’s been 6 months since I stopped getting emails, 5 months since I first asked for help.
