Can anyone tell me if they have had problems with Elite technical support. I can’t seem to get an answer from HSN as to if this company still exists and if so how to contact them for assistance. All the phone numbers I have been given by HSN are no longer good and the website doesn’t exists. I posted this 2 days ago and was told by Kim that someone from HSN would contact me and that has not happened. I was also told when I called in 3 days ago someone would get back with me witin 24 hours and I have not heard from them either. I purchased this computer with lifetime technical support included and now seem to have none. Thanks so much.

, I’m sorry you were not contacted as expected. I’m checking on other options for you and would like to know if you were also given the number for Vtec Support at 800-311-5603 (website: http://www.vtecsupport.com/activate):? If so, did you try this as one of the numbers you mentioned in your post?
