No one has contacted me as of yet. I have been told by customer service on phone and through this site someone would contact me within 24 hours and I have not been contacted. My laptop came with lifetime technical support and now it appears it does not exist.

I agree, and your point is probably the most important, the FACT that this particular coupon was LIMITED to the customers that bought the TS back in Oct. This coupon was a REWARD to a group of customers who qualified for it. The ONLY stipulations on the coupon was that it was only good from Nov. 24 – Dec. 24, and was only for those who previously bought a particular product at a particular time period.

The coupon was an upsale for purchases in October and was included in their orders. It is not a coupon for all to use . It was not posted here by HSN . It was folks that had made purchases that posted it … to prove that HSN had changed the dates.
However if it makes anyone feel any better, only a few of the ones that had purchased in October got to use it, Nov 4-6. A few,very few did get CS to honor it .
