Hi Kim I did try this. I pushed the button in and tried to turn it but it will not move at all. I’ll get my husband to try tonight. But to me it feels like it’s glued together.

I got my Ecoegg but I cannot get either one of them open. I’m doing exactly as the directions say but it’s like they are glued together. The look cheaply made. Anyone else having this problem?
