Does this product line in my my message come with the HSN prepaid UPS & USPS return shipping labels?

Hello HSN C.S.,

Can you please reply if your items in the French Rendez Vous line all come with HSN Easy Return UPS and USPS prepaid labels, and if they both included on the HSN customer invoice as pull off gummed back prepaid UPS and USPS return shipping labels?

I would be gifting a few of these items from this Manufacturer, so I need to only purchase items which come with the HSN easy return shipping prepaid labels I outlined above.

Also a suggestion would be under each item you offer for sale please consider listing if your HSN easy return labels come with the item , or if they do not come with the item and the item would have to be personally paid for by the HSN Member if returning is required using UPS or USPS return services?

That would make it easier to quickly order and not wait for an HSN CUstomer Service reply, because while waiting the item could very quickly sell out.

Let’s hope HSN also agrees and implement’s my suggestion.

I ended up shopping at a nearby store and bought a gift very similar to what I wanted to purchase here from HSN, and at least if it does not fit the gift recipient she can do an exchange, store credit, or a refund.

HSN sure needs to implement the suggestion soon, because by not doing so they are losing sales, especially with all this time wasted waiting for them to still reply to me.

Excellent suggestion redman. I just received the turbo scrubber and there is no return label, rather, a note stating I must return to the manufacturer on my own. Thank goodness it came in one piece and does work, at least the first time. This should have been disclosed on the website and by the host presenting the product.

I purchased the warmers when they were two for one. I purchased the amber I believe and I love the scent and the warmers are pretty. I did go to target yesterday and was surprised to see all the scents except the one I purchased. It was nice to be able to smell them before purchasing. I purchased the orange and it is a nice fragrance. the melts were 9.99, The warmers on HSN are a better deal because they come with the melts. Anyway I am happy with the warmers and the melts. I have to say the sticks for me do not work. I do have the mop and I am happy with that as well. Nice that target carries those too at the same price. Honestly Target has a Joy Mangano section. They even have the pillows which are a better deal on HSN.
