My drone hasn’t arrived either. With UPS…They usually aren’t this slow…need more people I guess for the holidays.

Love this lol. You’re right it’s very beneficial but very time consuming. With a work and a toddler I try to keep my workouts under an hour. :smileyhappy:

kemiqueen there is no way does the burden of change fall on your shoulders . HSN will decide what they decide . The ball is in their court now.
Companies the size of HSN should welcome customers input and views. Complaints are actually a good thing!
Complaints are one of the best forms of research any company can perform. Complaints are also one of the best sources for setting policies , also for new products and service ideas.

You did what you could ? and took the initiative to follow through with it! You can only try, and based on HSN’s response your efforts were recognized. If the coupon policy remains the same no one can say it’s your fault…i’ts now in their hands. You did more than your fair share Kemi – if anyone “attacks” you based on what HSN is going to do now that they have all our complaints, shame on them. It isn’t in your hands anymore, only HSN can change their policy. All we can do is wait to see if they change their ways or not.

Hi , your order shipped on 12/16, I don’t see any issues that would prevent it from being delivered on or before the expected delivery date.
