The level of bitterness here may be partly due to the fact that some do not like the mop. But there is also, unfortunately a gang mentality on this site that the mods allow to keep going. After reading thread after thread about absolute outrage over a stinking mop, I KNOW THIS IS not about the mop. It is about people who feel a lack of control in their lives. So they beat this horse to death, so to speak, while counting the negative reviews. I refuse to post many of the times because after having majored in psycology in college I know people don’t become this outraged over a product they hate and can return. They can even claim it is defecive so they do not pay for return shipping. Most of the Joy haters and there are many post all the time here.

I worked at HSN a decade ago. Many times the customers would call in about the ratings on the hangers. I honestly told them they did not undrestand that she sold so many hangers that the negative reviews were a drop in the bucket and most people liked them and kept them. That was the truth then and I suppose the truth now. She sold a ton of the mops. But some people, instead of caring about what is happening in the world around them, post about an inanimate object and attach rage to it. I know they hate Joy, it is obvious. I neither like or dislike her. She has always had her detractors. Maybe the folks who post after post after post can use their time better and feel better about themselves by giving others a helping hand and being happier in their lives. THE MOP IS AN INANIMATE OBJECT. THAT IS ALL IT IS. Return the freaking thing. But to post ad nauseum about it is well, nuts. Way, way, way, way too much time on their hands.

I agree wholeheartedly. This to me is a Joy hate-fest. And why would they hate someone so fervently whom they have not even met I am not sure.  And I also have noted that ones who are also saying that HSN has been misrepresenting the "1s" are not correct either. I have been a curious person in that I was interested in the reviews too. HSN has not "fudged" the numbers at any time! Never have I seen this. And to me to say a company is acting in a fraudulent way and shouting from the rooftops in a forum day after day saying this is only going to get a legal action and they would deserve this in my opinion. A person had better prove what they are saying or expect what they may get. Everyone is responsible for what is said in every way either in person or sitting behind a computer screen. 

I think they run true to size for me. If you have thin legs, you can often go down one size. 

?, I think comfortalways’ advice is right. I typically wear size 8 in MarlaWynne’s Stretch Skinny Pants, but larger in other (generously sized) lines: 10 in G by Giuliana,  and 10 or medium in DG2. I am unfamiliar with IM sizing so I can’t help you there.

My waist is 33-34 on a good day, and my hips are 39. I have long thin legs. In Marla’s Item 482-981, I ordered a size 8 and love these. In Marla’s Item 472-632, I wear size 8, and they are my favorite pants. The Garment Measurements Chart showed 29 waist and 37.5 hips, so you can see that her FlatterFit pants are very stretchy. I ordered size 10 in the FlatterFits the first time, and they looked bad — too large.

If you usually wear size 14 in pants, I suggest size 12 in the MW FlatterFits. I think reading the reviews for the above items will help you, too. Good luck.

thanks for the sizing info, but how long are they? there are different images.  i don’t want cropped pants at all. i would like them to come over the top of my shooties, not above them. i see there is a choice of petit, but i want a true size. any advice?  i simply can’t stand sitting through listening to, and watching, the presentation to see if by chance they offer this information… sorry, i just can’t stand the lame talk and banter, and the pawing at the clothes and models…i know..it’s not them, it’s me. :cattongue: the pants are super cute, though!! :heart:
