Damaged Colleen Lopez ring.

I have a serious problem…I received the Colleen Lopez Moonstone, Turquoise and Blue Topaz Ring in size 10. Took it out of box and noticed that the Turquoise stone was ubseated and w/o the prongs would have fallen out of setting. Then looked at the invoice and saw that I was charged $199.95. The Order Status does show 99.95. This was a Todays Special and was priced at 99.95. I am returning this ring for a replacement. I do not believe I should pay the return S/H or the S/H for the exchange. I will end with this: THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL RING. Be well, Luelue
